If I may, your Redness, I would like to clarify on the ranks you must take a test for:
Developers: This is the most basic rank any member can have. Basically, anyone who is contributing to the game in some way belong to this group. You must take this test to legally make sprites and sprite animations. This includes, but is not limited to: Characters, Assists, Bosses, Stages, and Trophies.
Story Board: While people do not generally think that fighting games need a story, stories are a very important element to any quality game, fan-made or not. If there wasn't a reason behind people fighting, why would they be fighting in the first place? If you believe you can contribute to the backstory of the game and maybe even give characters motives for fighting, then you can take a test to become part of the Story Board. The rank of Story Board member allows you to contribute and influence any story-related elements for the game.
Art Core: For the artistically talented, there is more to a 2D fighting game than sprite art. Members of this group are the only members qualified to create non-sprite art for the game. This includes, but is not limited to: Title Screen Design, Main Menu Design, Menu Buttons, Character Art, Color Scheme, and Pause Menu Design.
Programmer: For the few people that know how to program, this is the group for you. If you can prove that you know how to program and program good, you can become part of the Programmers group. These are the only people qualified to program the game's physics and other general programming.
Game Moderator: These people are the best of the best, the cream of the crop, the veterans and among the most trustworthy members of the forums. These guys are in charge of orchestrating the game as a whole, with the power to approve or reject story propositions, sprites, animations, and in-game artwork. Their influence on the final product of the game extends beyond the aforementioned aspects of the finished product. If they don't like what they see, it's gone in seconds.
Red, if you find anything wrong with this list, feel free to edit it.
